We try to minimize the amount of time a respondent spends qualifying for a survey, asking only those questions which are necessary to match a respondent with an available survey.

Initial Questions

After answering their Gender, Birthdate, and Zip code, respondents are asked a randomized selection of qualifying questions from live surveys in our Marketplace. After answering these questions, a respondent is then matched to a survey where they will attempt to complete it.

Additional Survey Attempts

If a respondent fails to qualify or are termed from their first survey attempt, they will be redirected for another try. If they fail to qualify on their second attempt, they will be given one final attempt to complete a survey, at which point they will be redirected back to the Supplier or Publisher as either a complete or a term.

By default, respondents are given 3 opportunities to complete a surveys. Suppliers and Publishers have the option to change the total number of surveys which are presented to a respondent per session.

Quality Controls

Respondents will also answer additional quality control questions when they first enter our platform.
