Introduction:

Supplier API is a set of REST APIs that allows all the suppliers to get all the information from a project. Supplier can interrogate programmatically the API and access to the project, settings, price, qualification, quotas and other information.
The API can be call from an external service and automatise the simple requests that usually performed via UI but with higher performance and low risk.

Our Supplier API integrates 3 main group of requests

  • Survey API Calls

    • Used to request the survey and the qualification and/or quotas of them

  • Attributes for Qualifications API Calls

    • Used to update periodically the targeting attributes and profile the respondents on Supplier Side

  • Participants updates and other features

    • Used to reduce respondent fatigue and improve the respondent experience

Why Using the API?

Using the Supplier API allows all our partners to create a robust, secure and automated system to access to all our projects in a easer way and bypassing the UI. Your system can interrogate programmatically our Supplier API and request the project and all the information that you need in order to start to send the survey to the samples.

Supplier API are usually called regularly for controlling the status of the survey and to optimise the quality of samples. We advise all our suppliers to use as mush as they can the API in order to improve the data quality and reduce any type of termination due to the qualifications or other type of drops.
