Session Profile Appended on Respondent Redirect
Overview
When enabled for your account, this feature allows you to easily access qualification and answer IDs gathered during a session at the time the respondent is redirected. This simplifies the process of expanding user profiles, eliminating the need to ask the questions on the supplier's side. The format of these parameters matches what we expect passed in on the entry links for respondent profiles (refer to Supplier Mapped Advanced Targeting (SMAT) Questions for further guidance on profile identifiers).
Example: https://www.redirect.com/status=1?ps_supplier_respondent_id=[%your_member_id%]&ps_supplier_sid=[%your_session_id%]&211=111&212=34&213=50000&214=111&1031=111,112
This redirect indicates the respondent answered our profiling questions on the screener with the following responses:
white(214|111) male(211|111), 34 years old(212|34) earning 50,000 household income(214|50000), with both a dog and a cat(1031|111,112)
Profiling for Geography
PureSpectrum supports many different geographical regions for profiling respondents; Nationally Representative, Census Region, Census Division, State, DMA, CBSA, MSA, County and Zip. In all cases, PureSpectrum uses zip codes to map all respondents to the relevant geographic region. Therefore, the only profiling attribute related to geographic location to expect on the redirect is zip code.
Example
When sending to a survey targeting the following criteria:
"qualification_code": 225, (state)
"condition_codes": [ "45"] (South Carolina)
The zipcode inputted by a respondent located in South Carolina would be appended (assuming the person sent in to our system matches the requirement for the survey):
Considerations
Please note that if outbound hashing is enabled for your redirects, the rule remains the same for decrypting - the complete URL is encrypted regardless of parameters appended.
Only the questions asked in the individual session on the PureSpectrum screener will be appended. If a profile in our system has additional profilers associated with it, they will not be appended.
