If this parameter is omitted, all classes are returned.

Questions in the PureSpectrum library are broken into 3 categories:

Core: Should be mapped for all suppliers
Extended: Frequently used advanced targeting questions that may be mapped by suppliers
Custom: Buyer Specific questions that are unlikely to be mapped by suppliers
