Fusion helps Supply Partners match users with the best survey opportunities quickly and efficiently. By asking only essential qualifying questions, we minimize the time respondents spend determining eligibility, ensuring they get connected to the right surveys faster.
Initial Questions
For first-time respondents, we ask simple questions like gender, birthdate, job status, and zip code to help find a survey they can take. If more details are needed, we show a second set of questions to make sure they’re a good fit. Respondents answer up to 10 questions in total, then they are sent to a survey through the PureSpectrum Platform to try and complete it.
Additional Survey Attempts
If a respondent is disqualified from their first survey attempt, they will be redirected to try again. If they fail to qualify on the second attempt, they will have one final chance. After the third attempt, they will be redirected back to the Supply Partner, marked as either a Complete or Termination.
By default, respondents are given 3 opportunities to complete surveys. Supply Partners have the option to change the total number of surveys which are presented to a respondent per session.
Quality Controls for New Respondents
As a final step for new respondents, after the initial Fusion security checks, respondents will also answer a set of questions upon entering the PureSpectrum Platform to ensure their quality meets our PureScore threshold.
