Creating an exclusion group
Surveys 300, 301, 302, and 303 are related, and a respondent who participated in one survey cannot participate in any of the other survey.

($apihost is the environment against which you are testing, and $basepath is the base path with the api version. All Buy API calls will require access-token parameter in the header)
